Matt Stroud and Bill McNelis recently completed a journey across the United States on bicycles. They began in Boston, on June 24, 2008. This site was created to document that journey, and all its ups and downs.

In early September, 2008, the trip ended. Matt and Bill returned to their lives. Since then, this site has become a warehouse for random thoughts, ideas, news clips, and general contemplation regarding the State Of Man.
